Mike and team set the st andard for hardware stores; if you can even call it that. This is the epitome of a one stop shop with friendly service, competitive prices, and most importantly EXTREME knowledge about their products. Not enough I can say about this business. World class.

Huge thanks to Payton at the hardware store in Charlevoix! This was my third attempt to get a key made that would actually work for my garage door. If this one didn’t do the trick, I was going to have to change out the entire lock. Payton took the time, paid close attention, and cut a key that worked perfectly — saving me time, money, and a whole lot of hassle. Outstanding service and professionalism. Thanks again, Payton — you’re the best!

I cannot say enough good things about this business. They support the local community in so many ways PLUS you can find just about anything you are looking for here. I am constantly amazed at the friendly and knowledgeable staff. They also provide a great tool rental program as well as their retail sales. And, their garden center has an immense variety of plants and garden needs to choose from.
